MTX Thunder 7500 T7510-04 10" 4-ohm Component Subwoofer 10" Component Subwoofers
Member of the Superwoofer family, the Thunder T7510-04 subwoofer weighs in at over 20 lbs, the T7510-04 is capable of handling 400 watts RMS. These woofers are able to deliver enormous bass because of their die cast aluminum frame, solid steel pole piece, aluminum voice coil, and 6 pound magnet. The incredible Thunder7500 series features Spider Plateau Venting for cooler voice coil operation and greater reliability during heavy bass passages. Instead of ?pushing and pulling? super-heated air over the voice coil like conventional, rear vented subwoofers, Thunder7500s shed the heat out the sides of the new progressive roll Nomex spider. Asymmetrical Linear Drive (ALD) technology, used on all MTX Audio Thunder subs, provides high output with low distortion, thanks to flat progressive spiders and extended pole pieces. These subs are packed with features to help dissipate heat and deliver thunderous bass output. Thunder7500 subs have massive die cast frames, beefy 93 oz. magnet structures, and 2 3/8" high temp voice coils. Also new for this year are aluminum deposited polypropylene cones, nickel-plated compression terminals, and woven tinsel leads for improved reliability.
